Our journey began with Marc Harvey, who after many years managing his family's auto dealerships, decided to establish The Service Outlet in San Ramon. He wanted to create a place where people could receive high-quality auto repair without the hefty dealership prices. This vision expanded to include a second location in Lafayette, which has also become a staple in the community. Over the years, we've built a reputation for reliability, trust, and exceptional service.
