Poor Service and Overcharging Issues
Lakelands Tire and Automotive has received several negative reviews from customers who have experienced poor service and overcharging. One customer's wife went there for an oil change and was quoted $967.05 to replace a rear driver-side wheel bearing, which is a much higher price than what other shops in the area would charge. Another customer was charged $300 twice just to take off and reinstall the same part. A third customer was given a wrong part and was charged $300 again when they returned the correct part.
