His passion for automotive repair began at a young age when he disassembled his first transmission at eight and built his first Turbo 350 with his father's help at thirteen. Robert has since worked in various roles within the industry, including remanufacturing torque converters, rebuilding transmissions, and over a decade of experience at Cottman of Garner, NC.
In 2011, Robert followed his dream of opening Real World Automotive to share his knowledge and passion for the automotive trade with the Raleigh community.
