Our History
Established in 1971 by J. Richard Witmer, Sr., Witmer Automotive Service, Inc. began as a small repair shop with a big vision. After gaining experience in a new car dealership repair shop, Dick decided to venture out on his own and open his own automotive repair business. After finding the perfect location on South Colebrook Road, Manheim, the shop was opened for business in October of 1971. With continuous growth and success, the shop underwent two major expansions in 1973 and 1982, adding additional work area and service bays.
