He scheduled an appointment to have his alternator replaced, but the shop refused to use the part he had planned on purchasing, citing liability reasons. The problem was not resolved properly, and Chris had to take his car to a dealership to get the issue fixed. He felt that the shop was unresponsive and finally had to pay for a diagnostic test at a dealership to get the problem resolved. Chris regrets not doing the job himself and would not recommend Valley View Car Care.
