Positive Experiences at Leith Dealerships

Negative Experiences at Leith Dealerships

One customer, Virgil Swisher, had a highly negative experience with a sales representative who lied about the trade-in value of his vehicle and the price of the car. Swisher also complained about the salesperson's shoddy work on the vehicle and the refusal to accept responsibility for damages caused during service.
Geoff Gerko had a particularly terrible experience with the service department. Two separate incidents of damage to his vehicle were not properly addressed, and the service manager, Adam, was defensive and unprofessional.
