Our Location
Our dealership is located at 1750A Chrisler Avenue, Rotterdam, NY 12303. We are open Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 6:30 PM and Saturday by appointment only. We welcome you to come visit us and take a look at the wide range of vehicles we have available.

Auto Purchase Experience
Auto purchasing experiences can be a nightmare for some, as evidenced by the numerous complaints and frustrations shared by individuals who have had dealings with certain dealerships. For instance, Amy Lucas's experience with a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox was a disaster. Despite spending $6,000, the vehicle's transmission went out after just a year and a half, revealing extensive rust underneath the car. Additionally, the door panels were also affected, and the parking brake was defective. Lucas has since been left stranded with three small children without a vehicle.
At the other end of the spectrum, Dalton Secretman's experience was a positive one. He paid for a tire patch on his girlfriend's vehicle, even though the warranty didn't cover it, demonstrating his willingness to take responsibility for his purchase.
Rebecca Burns has had a nightmarish experience with the dealership Trade Way Auto. She has accused them of selling vehicles with hidden defects and denying any wrongdoing. Furthermore, she claims that the dealership sends the vehicles in for inspection, only to apply stickers indicating compliance even when the vehicles fail to pass.
