At All Terrain Auto Care, we are proud to be a locally owned and award-winning service center that has been serving the Knoxville community for nearly 24 years. Our journey began in 2000 as "Just Jeeps" a 3-bay repair shop in West Knoxville, and over the years, we have grown and expanded to become the trusted neighborhood repair and service center for all makes and models.

Our Services

Our factory-trained technicians are qualified to keep your vehicle on the road with over 100 years of combined experience. We offer a wide range of services, including oil changes, alignments, tune-ups, and air conditioning services. We also specialize in installing all brands of lift kits, wheels, and tires, along with all accessories. Our ASE-certified technicians are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that your vehicle is running at its best.

Our Story

Our doors opened in February 2000 as "Just Jeeps" a 3-bay repair shop in West Knoxville. With factory-trained techs and real Jeep enthusiasts behind the counter, we grew to a 5-bay location and by 2008 added "And More" to our name. The change was due to high customer demand to service their other vehicles. In 2018, we undertook another expansion, this time to 9 bays, adding a new office and waiting area, as well as doubling our parking lot capacity. Then, in August of 2022, we changed our name to All Terrain Auto Care to continue our growth and expansion into all makes and models.

Throughout the process, our dedication to customer service and a "Fixed First Visit" approach to repair have remained the same. We are proud to have 100% of our staff ASE certified and have over 100 years of experience combined. We welcome you to come in and experience our service firsthand!
