Poor Customer Experience Reviews
Multiple customers have had negative experiences with Acura of Tempe, citing shady sales tactics, subpar service, and dishonest business practices.
Shady Sales Tactics
Joshua Grayczyk and Tyler Anderson both reported being offered unrealistic loan terms and having their deposit taken back after they decided not to purchase a vehicle. Tyler Anderson also had his deposit refused despite being assured it was refundable. This raises concerns about the dealership's trustworthiness and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Subpar Service
Josh Keith had a poor experience with the service department, citing unaddressed concerns and poor attention to detail. The dealership failed to reset his oil life meter and left trash and an oil stain in his interior. Tyler Espe had his alignment checked and was told his tires needed to be replaced, but later discovered that the issue was caused by the dealership's own error.
Lack of Honesty
Matthew Mckowen was offered an insulting price for his trade-in and was shocked by the dealership's lack of integrity. Brad Atol and Jerry Jerry, on the other hand, had positive experiences with the dealership's service department, citing excellent communication and empathy from the staff.
