Meet the Team

Our team is comprised of ASE-certified technicians, many of whom have years of experience in the industry. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our customers and deliver exceptional service with every visit.

Management

We have an experienced management team, led by owner and general manager Nick Clark. Nick's extensive management, customer service, and sales skills have been instrumental in building the reputation of Hayes Automotive.

Meet Nick Clark

Nick has been an owner-op since July 2017. Prior to that, he worked as a sales manager at Hayes Automotive, bringing with him extensive management, customer service, and sales skills in the automotive industry. Nick graduated from CSU Global in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in business management with an emphasis in small business entrepreneurship.

Service Manager

Our service manager, Joe Frank, has over five years of experience in the automotive industry, including two years as a service manager at Firestone. Joe is also a certified emergency medical technician and firefighter in Wisconsin. He is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our shop satisfied.
