DMJ Automotive is a family-owned business that has been providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for foreign and domestic automobiles, light trucks, motor homes, and some heavy-duty trucks for over four decades. Founded in 1979 by Don, who brought with him a wealth of experience from working with dealers and other independent companies, DMJ Automotive has become a trusted name in the automotive industry. In 1987, Don's Service relocated to La Grange, IL, and the name was changed to DMJ Automotive, which continues to provide quality service at fair and reasonable prices.

In 2000, the second generation of the family was officially welcomed into the business. Jeff, who has a mechanical engineering background and hands-on experience with diagnostic technology, joined the team after growing up in the business. He started as a mechanic's helper and consistently showed a keen interest and aptitude for the industry. He attended various automotive workshops sponsored by the "Big 3" and foreign manufacturers and earned his Master ASE certification. In 2010, Jeff took over the family business, maintaining the high standards that have been the hallmark of DMJ Automotive.
