Pricing and Quality
While customers have not complained about the pricing, Jennifer Nelson mentioned that the aftermarket glass used to replace the back windshield of her Mazda 3 was not vacuumed out properly, leaving chunks of putty and shards of glass inside the car. However, the majority of customers have expressed satisfaction with the quality of work done by Acadiana Glass & Tire.
Negative Incident
One customer, Perchard Cartwright, had a negative experience at Acadiana Glass & Tire. He arrived to have his chipped windshield fixed, but instead left with a completely cracked windshield. He felt that the representative had an attitude and was disrespectful when discussing the repair price and compensation for breaking his windshield. He also suggested that people of color avoid the establishment.
