Positive Experiences
The majority of customers have had excellent experiences with Complete Automotive, led by Omar. They praise the efficiency and reasonable cost of repairs, excellent customer service, and the skill and knowledge of the staff. Lack of Exceptional Service
Unfortunately, some customers have had a less-than-stellar experience. Two customers, Victor Hernandez and Wyatt Lavoie, have given the shop a one-star rating. Victor has accused the shop of destroying his car and scamming him, while Wyatt felt that the shop was unwilling to work on his vehicle despite having a prior relationship with a previous mechanic.
Worsening Experience
Additionally, Lauren Culligan's experience was particularly egregious. She claimed that the owner, Omar, seemed overwhelmed and unorganized, failing to call her with updates and even abandoning her vehicle in a Walmart parking lot without her consent. The vehicle had two flat tires and a dead battery when she recovered it.
