Another reviewer, Bobby Dickenson, reportedly had a similar experience, with the shop trying to upsell him on additional repairs and then refusing to reimburse him for towing costs after they failed to complete the job.

William Miller noticed that the price he was quoted over the phone did not match the final bill, and that additional "shop supplies" and "environmental fees" were added to the bill. Geraldine Reynolds used the shop's EZ Pay financing option, but was surprised to find that the interest rate was extremely high (139%!). Christos Roustemis was concerned about the shop's 55% parts markup, which he felt was excessive.
Unprofessional Service
