Accident Repair Process
We understand that accidents can be stressful and overwhelming. That's why we make it easy for you to get your vehicle repaired quickly and efficiently. Here's how our process works:
Step 1: Free Estimate - No Appointment Needed!
- Bring your damaged vehicle to our shop anytime Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, including the lunch hour.
- After hours, drop-off your vehicle at our shop. Leave your keys and a note with your name and phone number in the lock box. We will call you the next business day.
- Weekends and holidays: For drop-off over a weekend or holiday, please give us a call first.
Step 2: Disassembly
- Once a car arrives at our shop, before the body repair and painting can begin, the pieces around the damaged area must be removed.
Step 3: Alignment Rack
- Nearly all cars are of "unibody" construction, which means the body itself is the frame of the car. For safety of the occupants, cars are now built with "crush zones" to absorb the energy of an accident before it intrudes on the passenger compartment.
