Honest and Reliable Service
Many reviewers have praised Shope's Automotive for their honest and reliable service. They have mentioned that the staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The prices are fair, and the work is done right.
Poor Experience
However, there have been some negative reviews. James Craig reported a poor experience at the shop. He said that Jason took his car for 7 weeks and ended up not fixing the issue. He also mentioned that Jason told him he would leave his truck unlocked with the keys in it, which is unacceptable.
Unprofessional Behavior
Doc Savage also reported a negative experience. He mentioned that the shop left scratches on his hood from irresponsible mechanics and dirt, grease, and grime inside his vehicle after he had it detailed. He will never use their services again.
