Meet Tom Marshall, ASE Certified Mechanic, Tom has over 30 years of experience in the automotive repair industry. Tom has worked in various shops in Whatcom County and has spent many years at Lynden Door repairing and maintaining machinery. His extensive knowledge and expertise make him the perfect person to trust with your vehicle's repair.
Meet Jay, Tom's son, who is also an ASE-certified mechanic with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Jay has been working at Birchwood Auto Repair for several years, providing excellent service to our customers. He is dedicated to ensuring your vehicle is running smoothly and efficiently.
We also have Nathaniel, a skilled technician who excels in brake repairs. He has a keen eye for detail and ensures that every job is done to perfection. We also have Kris, Tom's wife, who handles our bookkeeping and customer service. She will greet you warmly and make sure you feel comfortable in our shop. Lastly, we have Jasmin, our parts specialist and service writer, who keeps our store stocked with the necessary parts and ensures that our customers have a seamless experience.
