Repair Process

Before leaving your car, it's important to schedule an appointment and provide any necessary estimates or information. Please remove all personal items, including those from the trunk, to save time. If you have rental coverage or would like to rent a car, please notify us. Upon arrival, please bring in all keys, remotes, and any other essential items. Our team will guide you through the process, ensuring that all necessary documents are signed and all information is recorded.

Vehicle Check-In

When your vehicle is dropped off, we take pictures and complete a check-in sheet. This includes recording damages, mileage, fuel level, and any obvious problems. We also note vital information such as options, paint code, and production date to ensure correct parts are ordered. One before picture of damages being repaired is posted on our website along with the status.

Repairs Begin

We order parts per the insurance estimate and begin disassembly. We access any unseen damage and initiate a supplement with the insurance company. The insurance appraiser has three business days to view the vehicle, after which repairs are on hold until viewing is completed. Once the supplement is received, we order any additional needed parts and continue with the repairs.

Repairs are Completed

When the vehicle is completed and all documents have been received from the insurance company, you will receive a call from our office personnel to set a time for vehicle pick-up. The vehicle will be cleaned to its pre-accident condition before your arrival. Office personnel will also inform you of any outstanding charges due at the time of pick-up.
