Our journey began in 1978 when our founder, Jimmy, opened the doors to Hios General Auto Repairs. Born and raised in Greece, Jimmy's love for cars led him to open his first repair business after graduation. Upon arriving in America in 1975, he enrolled in Bergen Technical and worked as a technician at a Ford Dealership. By 1979, he was ready to open his own shop, and thus, Hios General Auto Repairs was established.

Throughout the years, our family-owned and operated business has grown significantly, with a large portion of our growth coming from customer referrals. Our commitment to quality service and treating customers as friends has been the cornerstone of our success. We continuously update our knowledge by attending technical seminars to stay current with the latest advancements in auto technologies.
