Our History

In 1989, Car Care Specialists Inc. first opened its doors in Lincoln City, Oregon, with a simple mission: to provide the community with reliable, affordable, and friendly automotive repair service. Founded by Randy Neal, a lifelong automotive enthusiast with a passion for quality work, the business began as a one-man operation. Randy's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction quickly gained recognition, and Car Care Specialists quickly established a reputation as a trusted source for all automotive needs.

Randy's interest in cars began at a young age. As a child of seven, he found himself drawn to the mechanics of automobiles, even attempting to change his father's tires. This early fascination led him to pursue a career in automotive repair. Throughout high school, he juggled his studies with a job as a gas station attendant while apprenticing as a service technician. His dedication to learning and working with his hands propelled him to Phoenix, Arizona, where he honed his skills as a technician at a Pro-Tech station, eventually rising to the position of manager and overseeing daily operations. Armed with years of experience and a driving desire to serve his community, Randy brought his expertise back to Lincoln City, establishing Car Care Specialists.
