Meet Our Team
*Luis Lopez Jr.* - As the CEO and Lead Technician since 2012, Luis Jr.'s automotive career spans over 28 years. He is an ASE Certified mechanic with a deep commitment to the automotive industry. In addition to his mechanical expertise, Luis Jr. is an active member of automotive trade organizations and the local community. He has served as a Board Member for the Atwater Village Chamber of Commerce since 2003, currently holding the position of Executive Director, and is a board member of a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
*Luis Lopez Sr.* - Founder Luis Lopez Sr. served his country in the US Army during the Cold War, specializing in Army vehicle servicing and repair. In 1968, he utilized his skills and experience to establish Luis Lopez Automotive, initially located on Western Ave in Hollywood before moving to our current location in Atwater Village. He proudly served his customers and community until his retirement in 2012.
*Ramiro* - With over 25 years of automotive service expertise, Ramiro serves as our dedicated under-car and alignment technician. He began his journey in the industry during his youth, working at his family's tire shop. In 2018, Ramiro joined Luis Lopez Automotive, where he excels in under-car and alignment repair and services, as well as customer service duties.
*Walter* - Walter's fascination with automotive mechanics began in his youth, leading to a fulfilling career in the automotive field. He specializes in engine performance, emissions, and general repairs, making him an invaluable member of our team.
