Problems and Disasters
Some customers had a terrible experience with this auto repair shop. One author, Cris, gave a 1-star review, warning others not to trust the shop. Cris had to call multiple times to get an estimate and when the repair estimate was too high, the shop tried to lower it. Another customer, Lucas Kim, was dismayed by a $96 oil change, which he thought was excessive. Lucas also felt that the shop was trying to earn extra money by making up excuses.
