Kenton had a poor experience with Wayne, stating that he half-assed everything he did on Kenton's car, resulting in additional costs and damages. Kenton's window sweeper was destroyed, which led to the destruction of his tint. He also waited six to seven months for exterior parts and eventually had to buy them himself due to the shop's inaction. The shop also had to drill out Kenton's tail light brackets, which he believed was unnecessary if they had done their job correctly.
